I was towed to Burnett Automotive when we had a transmission overheat on my 2006 Saturn Vue 3.5L.on our way To Kansas State University Veternary School with a Doberman that needed ICU Care. It was 7pm and Burnett was closed, but Jason was working late, and was kind enough to help me. He said they were jammed and did know if they could look at it ithe next day. He did a diagnose in the morning, checked fluids and took it for a 5 mile dry, but could duplicate the problem. I picked it up to tow back to Illinois behind my Motorhome. I Asher what I owe, and was told nothing. They are awesome, and I highly recommend them for your auto service!

Burnett Automotive is absolutely the best automotive repair I have ever used. All the employees are great. I have been scammed before. But not by Burnett. They were straight up and honest. They took excellent care of me. I have found my mechanics. My vehicle will never go anywhere else. On a rating from 1 to 10.These guys get 15. Thank you guys so much for taking pride in your work. Will be back soon for more tire's. Whatever else my vehicle needs. 😁

The service is fine and most of the staff is friendly. However the recent push to up-sell you and suggest a fix for "issues" has been over the top. I had my wife's car in for an Oil Change and Tire Rotation and they suggested I might want to consider replacing the tires. I informed them that I purchased the tires from them and they had less than 15K miles in the 14 months since I purchased them (65K Mile rated tires) Then they also put a note on my invoice that I would need new tires in the spring. It definitely makes you doubt anything that they recommend based on that blatant over the top recommendations. My previous experiences were not like that, but the last two have been. Did they implement a new bonus program? I likely would have provided a higher rating if it was not for the up-sell tactics.

put my asymmetric tires on backwards. I took the car back the next day and they flipped them for me.

I have been a loyal customer for over ten years and have always been satisfied with the service. This time I noticed a change in staff and it shows, my oil change and the switch of my summer to winter tires (all were mounted already) took almost 3 hours. This should have been maybe an hour and half job at the most. I will come back one more time, but if service isn't better I will be looking for another service center closer to home.
