I have been a regular customer for many years. I live nearby, and the service is great. They always schedule me in a way that is convenient to my situation. They have assisted me, and my adult children, by problem solving situations and making good recommendations. I am very pleased to have them in my corner!

Thue don’t care about there customers
My extended family has used Burnett Automotive for several years both in Overland Park and Manhattan and found them to be conscientious and fair in their service. Recently we had the oil changed in my daughters car. A few days later, while in a rural area it was discovered that her oil had nearly drained out. It was determined that the oil filter had not been tightened properly. When she got back to town Burnette did a complimentary oil service to make sure nothing else was amiss. A few days later it was discovered that again her oil had nearly drained out while she was out of town. An acquaintance had determined that the oil filter had apparently been cross-threaded and installed a new oil filter. We have not encountered any additional issues since the new oil filter was installed.
Paul I really apologize for the experience that you had at our facility. We strive for a thorough professional job each visit and we have clearly let you down in that regard. I hope we will have the opportunity to earn your business back in the future and show you how we can exceed your expectations.
