I had lots of noise from my rear brakes and went to all the garages near Metcalf and Quiveria streets, including other Burnette Autos. Every single one of them were told my brakes were 30,000 miles old and gave me quotes of 300-600 dollars (600 was Christian Bros.). With the same information Gordon (Jordon ) and Nicole at Burnette Auto at told me my brakes only needed a cleaning most likely. $80. Absolutely flabbergasted at the total honesty and value.So avoid those others including other Burnettes, Go to Burnette at Quiveria and 135th... Gordan(Jordon) and Nicole for strait up Honest mechanics.
The staff are very courteous, honest and helpful. I needed my brakes fixed and they were wonderful at keeping me informed and checking in with me during the process. I will definitely be taking my car here for all future repairs! Thank you so much!!
