I am always impressed by the level of service at this store. They give me a full inspection of the vehicle so that I know what to expect on any future visits. From there I get a plan of what I can wait for and what could use some attention. My cars never break down due to their care. I am a customer for life, and I bypass a lot of other repair facilities to come here. Clean store, I use the shuttle van to go to work AND they pick me up. Burnett Automotive = Great experience!
I love you guy, I drive 45 min to get work on my truck done. When I go to you, you fix things you don't break things and then ask me to pay for the things you break. Only down side, you're a little pricey but I over look that because of your excellent service.
The only problem I had was we had the same service done to my truck and my wife?s car. For some reason my wife?s vehicle cost $20 more. When asked why there was a difference in cost he said it was due to the tire rotation on my wife?s car. Rotating tires does not cost $20 extra
Felt the staff was friendly and explained everything about the service on the vehicle.
Great customer service. The only reason this isn?t a 5 is that I had to come back to have the problem fixed.
