Not only did they change my oil and check my tires, but made sure my car was safe! They always take good care of me!

Last month I had a trip planned to Louisiana and Texas. Before I left town I found out that my tires needed to be replaced. I went to Burnett Auto and the young man who helped me gave me several quotes and also informed me of the positives for each different tire that he showed me. I think his name was Zach, but I'm not sure. Before I made a final decision of which tires to buy, the young man said that the tires drive well in the snow and he would trust these tires on his vehicle. I dropped my vehicle at their location and they were actually able to get the tires put on that same day. It then turned out that I needed another part for the vehicle. They worked on the car the next morning and I picked up the car that afternoon. I trust Barnett and I appreciate that this young man not only took the time to explain the different tires but truly cared about my safety. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I have used Burnett Automotive for years for different services including entrusting them with the car of my mother's car. They have never failed to provide not just good, but outstanding service. I really don't provide service reviews but they consistently do a great job. When I had an issue, they ordered, tested and installed the new product in the same day. Also when I called the wrong store (both were on 135th Street), both people that answered could not have been nicer and more efficient to get the job coordinated. Very, very strong recommendation in a difficult industry to always trust. Thanks guys.

Big Bob here with a "bobservation". The W. 112th OP shop treats you fairly and honestly. They do not attempt to oversell - trying to sell you something you don't need. They seem to be in for the long-haul, developing long-term customers. Today was maybe my sixth visit, and 112th OP Burnett shop will continue to be my go-to shop.
